Mother of embattled musician and producer, Mr. Sean Combs, “P. Diddy” has released a statement in support of the son.

The statement shares the family’s stance on the recent scandal involving Diddy.

Janice Small Combs, Diddy’s mother has claimed that the son is not who the world is portraying him.

According to Janice while the son is not a perfect man, he is not as bad as the world has been portraying him in the last few months.

I am not here to portray my son as perfect because he is not. He has made mistakes in his past, as we all have.

Janice admitted that the son has done some mistakes in the pasts. However, everyone is fallible. She believes everyone has had their own share of mistakes in the past. However, the things the son is currently accused of are exaggerated or lies.

Janice referenced the leaked surveillance footage of Diddy seemingly ass@ulting ex-girlfriend Casandra Ventura, “Cassie” in 2016. Cassie sued Diddy last November.

She said that Diddy lied earlier about ass@ulting Cassie because at times it becomes difficult to separate the truth from the lies.

She said, My son may not have been entirely truthful about certain things, such as denying he has ever gotten violent with an ex-girlfriend when the hotel’s surveillance showed otherwise,

Janice noted that it even becomes more difficult if the truth is an unconventional one. Sometimes, the truth and a lie become so closely intertwined that it becomes terrifying to admit one part of the story, especially when that truth is outside the norm or is too complicated to be believed,

Janice believes that Diddy’s public apology to Cassie and her settlement has drawn more enemies for him, as all the alleged victims see it as a financial windfall.

She believes that the world is rendering an injustice against the son. Janice has asked the world to wait and hear her son’s side of the story. She is hopeful the son will eventually be acquitted. To bear witness to what seems like a public lynching of my son before he has had the opportunity to prove his innocence is a pain too unbearable to put into words,” Janice noted with dissatisfaction. Watching the world make jokes and laugh at my son’s life crumbling before our eyes is something I can never forget,”

She continues by saying, “It is truly agonizing to watch the world turn against my son so quickly and easily over lies and misconceptions, without ever hearing his side or allowing him to present his side,” Janice added.

The founder of the Bad Boys Records has been charged with sex trafficking, racketeering and other serious crimes. Despite efforts to get him out of police custody, Diddy has been denied bail twice. Consequently, the business mogul is currently in the police custody in Brooklyn.

Diddy is also set to respond to multiple lawsuits and could face up to 120 new charges. His attorney says there could be more accusers planning to file more lawsuits.
